Machine & Brake Service
Inspect motor windings, check brake coil resistance, measure brake lining wear, lubricate gearbox, test emergency brake function, check machine room temperature.
Controller & Drive Check
Test controller inputs and outputs, verify VFD parameters, check encoder alignment, inspect PCB for dust and corrosion, update software if available, backup parameters.
Safety Device Testing
Test overspeed governor tripping, verify safety gear engagement, inspect buffer condition, check limit and final limit switches, test emergency alarm and intercom.
Rope & Rail Inspection
Measure rope diameter and wear, check rope tension balance, inspect terminations and sockets, lubricate guide rails, check rail alignment and fishplate bolts.
